Compare the specified material and structure with the supplied configuration. The installer should check tread position, connecting joints and support relationships with the stairs fully deployed, following the model instructions.
The opening, floor height, fixing structure and deployment space must work together. Confirm suitable anchor positions and the intended position of the stair feet. Keep adequate clearance throughout the opening and closing movement.
With the installer, check movement, deployed position and the control features supplied with the order. Learn the model-specific emergency procedure, maintenance requirements and support contact before accepting the installation.
Available material options include cold-rolled steel, titanium-magnesium alloy and forged aluminum configurations. A material name alone does not describe the complete staircase. Compare dimensions, treads, connecting hardware, drive configuration and surface finish alongside the conditions at the installation site. Outdoor, coastal and damp locations require a separate discussion of suitability and protection.
A load rating must refer to the selected model and its stated conditions of use. An actuator force, an individual tread test or a demonstration photograph is not the rated capacity of an installed staircase. Follow the instructions for your model. Stop using the stairs and contact service personnel if you notice unusual movement, noise or loose connections.
