Materials, step structure, connectors, fall arrestors, cover plates, and surface treatments all affect cost. When comparing quotes, check the configuration list, not just compare a single product name.
Manual and electric systems
The electric version also includes a motor, controller, remote control, and transmission system. Different motor brands, control methods, and emergency plans will result in different configurations.
Size and customization
Non-standard openings, special floor heights, custom colors, or special installation directions may require separate design and production, therefore the price will differ from the standard solution.
Transportation, surveying and installation
It's important to confirm whether the quote includes on-site measurement, logistics, handling, installation, debugging, finishing, and after-sales maintenance. Lower-priced products that don't include these services may not necessarily have a lower total cost.
How to obtain comparable quotes
To make an effective comparison, you must provide the same set of opening data and requirements to different suppliers, and require them to specify the product model, material, operation method, installation scope, warranty scope, and items not included.
